Every man has what is known as an ejaculatory reflex. When we talk about training away your ejaculation problem we are talking of training or retraining your ejaculatory reflex.
If you can work at getting this one reflex under your control then you will be well on your way to sexual health. This process can be done alone or if you just like to share everything with your partner then by all means include them, if for nothing else than support.
If you are dealing with premature ejaculation then you know that ejaculation is a reflex that, once a certain level of stimulation is met, the rest is history as you will ejaculate. Controlling that reflex requires that the man know his body, know his responses and knows the level of stimulus needed to meet that place of no return before he wants to.
There is a saddle of muscles on the pelvic floor that go from your anus to your pelvis and it is these muscles that contract when ejaculating. They drive the ejaculation forward, so if you can learn to control these muscles then you can control your ejaculation.
This is not an overnight fix, like any training it will take time and practice. In women it is called Kegeling and you can do the same thing. The first thing you need to do is to find Your PB muscles. The easiest way is to urinate and stop the flow. It is the muscle that you used to stop the flow that is the muscle you want to train and control.
To begin a kegel exercise, pull in tight to that same muscle you just find and hold it for five seconds. Exercise your breathing while doing this and never hold your breath. After holding the contraction release and rest before doing another.
You should work up to even 400 kegels a day and it is rather easy as you can do them anywhere and no one will even know.
Breathing is important to the ejaculatory response. Most men get to a point and want to hold their breath. This is a wrong and you will lose control. Try instead some deep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, slow and easy.
The last part that needs training is your penis head. You need to teach it not to be so sensitive and when it is stimulated you need to practice keeping your abdominal muscles loose. But first you have to learn to not jump too far ahead with the penis head is rubbed. You can use desensitizing sprays or creams to help in the beginning or you can rub it and work at not getting excited. So rub and stop rub and stop. This will help to lessen the sensitivity.
So now you have three techniques that will help you with your premature ejaculation problem. Time and patience at this point are helpful but the goal is well worth obtaining.
